Our clean eating approach to this 8 week program is using more plant based proteins & whole foods to help you lean out while fueling your body so it can power you through your day.
Clean Eating is simply a healthy way of eating that still allows for the enjoyment of life and the occasional treat. It refers to minimally processed foods such as lean meats, fresh fruits, fresh & frozen vegetables, whole or multi grains. Foods with as few ingredients in the label as possible.
This particular plan is naturally cleansing, focusing on more plant based proteins – incorporating animal proteins later in the day.
