This is an interactive, hands on workshop where I teach you basic nutrition concepts and how to balance your protein, carbs & fats to meet your goals and sustain them. You will learn how to plan a day’s/week’s worth of healthy choices without weighing, measuring and using apps to calculate your numbers.
I will also teach you about nutritional supplements that support a strong foundation of healthy eating and how they can help you meet your desired weight, have more energy and get more out of your workouts.
