Whatever you are facing that affects your overall health I am here to take the guess work out of what you should be eating and supplementing with to give you the best results.


  • Registered dietitian, Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Iowa State University.

  • Providing nutritional counseling for over 11 years and have helped thousands of people adopt a healthier diet to cure and prevent disease.

  • I love group fitness, yoga, barre and personal training!

  • My husband Nick (chiropractor) and I have been happily married over 10 years and we have 3 beautiful children Miles (7), Maggie (4) and Marley (1).

  • In our free time we enjoy boating, cooking, traveling and doing all things outdoors.

I take a holistic approach to health by focusing on whole foods that heal the body from within.

I help my clients discover foods that actually serve their body and then build a menu outline of what foods to eat and when to eat to them.
